Sofa Buddy, Inc. will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your Sofa Buddy. To return a Sofa Buddy, please call 1-866-SOFABUD for instructions. Your purchase price will be refunded, less a 25% restocking fee. Customer pays the cost of insured FedEx or UPS shipping to return the product.

All Sofa Buddy parts, excluding glass, are guaranteed against defective manufacture for one year from date of purchase. All parts are guaranteed under normal use only. If glass is not delivered intact, please contact Sofa Buddy, Inc. immediately (see Contact Us for details) to arrange for insurance claim and rapid glass replacement.
